Highland Park Dark Origins whisky review

Highland Park has always been one of our favourites distilleries.  Their 18 year old single malt is a superb whisky, and their 12 year old is a bar staple.  So, we were super excited to try Highland Park Dark Origins, in its sleek, alluring black bottle.  A less common expression released before Highland Park discovered Vikings, this is something a little different from the brand - heavy Sherry influences set this whisky apart.
