Bushmills Stories Festival
Bushmills have joined forces with Evening Standard and Netflix to support Stories Festival. The brand new festival is a three day event which celebrates story telling. Established narrators and new voices tell great stories through writing, audio and screen. The festival is being held at London's Picturehouse between 24th to 26th September.
Bushmills will serve cocktails at the Stories Festival launch party on 23rd September. They will then be the spirits sponsor for the dedicated poetry section on 26th September. The session will include George the Poet’s new poem inspired by Bushmills' rich history. The poem tells the story, craft and sense of community around Irish whiskey.
There will be a great cast of other speaks. Will Young will talk about his memoir How to be a Gay Man. Line of Duty writer Jed Mercurio will talk about his latest novel, Sleeper. And Ed Balls, former model Jack Guinness and author Daisy Buchanan will be there.
Bushmills has recently launched the Singular Tales campaign with George the Poet. Singular Tales toasts the unique stories that make up our lives. It encourages people to reconnect as they share their own stories. All while sharing a dram of Irish whiskey.
The Singular Tales campaign was born from Bushmills’ passion for sharing stories. Each cask of Single Malt Whiskey tells its own tale. From changing flavours to different levels of maturation, each has its own character. Bushmills whiskey nurtures these stories, balancing heritage and innovation.
If you'd like to go to the festival then tickets are available from Picturehouse.
