Official notes
Nose: Honeycomb with undertones of star anise.
Palate: Pear and savoury honey, coconut and vanilla pods.
Finish: Spice and butter.
Ed's notes
Colour: Natural; loose leaf tea, or light toffee.
Nose: Funky. Molasses, spice, and cedarwood. Rubber. Gingerbread caramelised around the edges.
Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Spiced ginger cake. Fried plantain and overripe pineapple. Fruit leather. Spice and a chilli warmth.
Finish: Medium to long. More funk. Mushy bananas. Warming with star anise and vanilla.
