Invergordon 36 Year Old Tasting Notes

Nose: Old oak. A delightful combination of dark chocolate and blueberries. A very rich old-style character. Raisins. Blood orange. Dried fruits of which apricots are the most prominent. Slightly nutty. A subtle hint of pine forest.

Palate: Thick and treacly. Walnuts, toffee, and even more dried fruits. The influence of the port cask is evident, what a joy.

Finish: A slightly drying sensation with a tiny pinch of black pepper.
