About this Paloma whisky
You don’t often see a Caol Ila finished in Palo Cortado and indie bottler Goldfinch waited until they felt this cask was perfect. A beautiful light, smokey Islay whisky, finished in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. The combination of bitter orange, fermented butter, vanilla and light spice with that recognisable peat smoke is excellent. Released at cask strength and aged for 11 years. Only 201 bottles were bottled from this special cask.
