About this North Star whisky
North Star Spirits released this elegant 19-year-old single malt from Glen Moray, selected by founder Ian Croucher. Distilled in November 2006 and bottled in February 2025, this Highland whisky was matured in an oloroso hogshead, adding depth and richness to Glen Moray’s gentle, fruity spirit. Expect notes of dried fruits, honeyed malt, and soft spices wrapped in a smooth, sherried character. Bottled at cask strength (56.6%) with natural colour and no chill filtration, the cask yielded just 280 bottles. A refined and well-aged dram for lovers of sherried Speyside malts.
