About this North Star whisky
North Star Spirits released this vibrant 6-year-old single malt from Ardnamurchan, selected by founder Ian Croucher. Distilled in February 2019 and bottled in February 2025, this Highland whisky was matured in a first-fill sherry butt, giving a youthful yet rich profile packed with dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of coastal smoke. Bottled at cask strength (57.2%) with natural colour and no chill filtration, the cask yielded 610 bottles. A bold and expressive dram from one of Scotland’s most exciting modern distilleries.
