About This Murray McDavid Whisky
Built on the banks of the River Deveron, Macduff Distillery has tall stills with uniquely angled lyne arms that amplify the fruitiness of this hearty highlander. For many years, Macduff’s fine spirit has been the backbone of William Lawson’s famous blend. Today, we get the opportunity to celebrate this rarely bottled single malt at an amazing 26 years old.
This bold whisky is a result of bringing together two casks of mature Macduff spirit, both finished in their respective casks for a stunning six years. By combining the generous influences of Oloroso Sherry and French red wine, Murray McDavid have created a very special dram.
