About this Murray McDavid whisky
In the Highlands, overlooking the waters of the Cromarty Firth, you'll find Invergordon. It is the most northerly grain distillery in Scotland. As one of Scotland’s six grain distilleries, Invergordon is at the heart of many famous Scotch blends. Rather than put this outstanding spirit into a blend, Murray McDavid present it as a single grain whisky. A win for the whisky aficionado! This single grain has matured for an impressive 33 years. That includes a finish in fresh Port and PX Sherry casks for 18 months. They have produced a spirit with unique depths of flavour and character. A special dram – the Art of Maturation at its most rewarding.
