About this Murray McDavid whisky
Built in 1798, south of the Cairngorms is one of Scotland’s most visited distilleries – Blair Athol. The spirit from this traditional distillery has been in favour with master blenders for hundreds of years. It's celebrated for its full-bodied character. Now, for the very first time, Blair Athol appears in Murray McDavid colours. Developing sweetness from bourbon casks, it was further matured for 20 months in freshly emptied Oloroso Sherry casks. These have gently progressed its opulent character. The rich, nutty Blair Athol spirit is a new favourite amongst Murray McDavid's Whisky Creations Team.
