Official notes
Nose: Pear, apple and ripe citrus, complimented with vanilla notes.
Palate: Honey, fresh apple and hints of barley balance the rich oaky and leathery undercurrents.
Finish: A lasting finish of delicate citric notes, leather and oak.

Colour: Natural colour; light gold, chardonnay.
Nose: Apple pastries, rich with butter and served with vanilla cream. Lavender honey, jar sat on a cotton tablecloth. Light oak, cloves, and wood spice.
Palate: Light to medium mouthfeel. Delicate. Buttery breakfast pastries, with a dusting of icing sugar. Peaches, apples, and vanilla cream. Oak and fresh walnuts.
Finish: Fruit into citrus and then a savoury finale with a touch of bright wood spice.
Overall: A delicate and bright Speyside, served clean and fresh from a bourbon cask.
