About This Spirit Of Yorkshire release
Filey Bay Peated Finish whisky is a field to bottle single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. It was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then had a secondary maturation in peated casks tying together the Yorkshire coast with the West coast of Scotland. This interesting approach making this whisky very different from all Filey Bay's previous releases.
How smoky is this release? Filey Bay Peated Finish is all about balance; soft and sweet with a gentle twist of smoke making this Filey Bay release perfect for any whisky fan whatever their preference.
You'll also enjoy the rest of the Filey Bay range which includes their Flagship, STR Finish, and Moscatel Finish.
