The Sipping Shed, Single Cask Whiskies
Indie bottler The Sipping Shed is run by Dan Hipshon. He's always had a firm passion for whisky. He decided that tasting whisky wasn't enough; he wanted to go further, do more. Then one day, he was sharing a couple of drams with his mates. One asked "why don't you bottle whisky yourself?"
It was a very good question. So, Dan decided to do exactly this. He connected with others in the scotch industry. He put together his plan. And, he started hunting for the best whisky casks. Throughout this, his passion remained as bright as ever. The Sipping Shed is based on this passion. Their mission is to introduce the adventurous to new experiences and flavours.
