About this Thomson Bros whisky

A limited-release Speyside Single Malt bottled by Thompson Bros exclusively for Cork & Cask.

This is a one-off bottling of a single sherry Octave of whisky, which contrary to original predictions and the label, only turned only 80 bottles. The image depicts the initials of Thompson Bros and Cork & Cask carved into a cork tree.

From an unnamed distillery nestled in a leafy Speyside glen, a gently aromatic single malt aged 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels before 3 years further maturation in a single sherry octave.
