What must be one of the most frustrating processes in Scotch whisky, just so one cannot name the distillery, now with the added frustration that Little Brown cannot even use the trade name for the teaspooned malt. Bulk spirit in wood called BURNSIDE is teaspooned Balvenie. David Mair and a few others used to cut about Speyside in a rather fetching cream over tan Balvenie branded Morgan sports car.
